Southland Equities is a privately held real estate investment firm, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions & portfolio management for our own account.   Our current focus is purchasing mature fee-land properties with Ground Lease income.  We are an active Ground Lease buyer where we become the landlord.   We presently have over 50 properties primarily located in Southern California; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ, Austin & Houston, TX; and a few other major market areas.

Southland Equities is also active in making conservative no-qualify equity real estate loans.
